Photography Equipment

This is a comprehensive list of the photography equipment that I own, and use for wildlife and landscape photography.  It is broken into sections based on different types of photography gear groups, such as the camera body and lens, Miscellaneous camera gear, and general outdoor gear.

The recommended gear in this list has been personally tested for extended periods of time, some is out of date sites it's been used for years of abuse.

The equipment I use for wildlife and landscape photos more broadly applies to many other types of photography. The equipment listed here is focused on a lightweight solution, which provides the most versatility for taking both wide angle photos of landscapes, and telephoto pictures of animals without having to get too close.

My main camera is a Sony A6000 Mirrorless DSLR paired with a telephoto and kit lens. This allows me to take images from almost all focal lengths from 24mm to 525mm (aps-c crop factor equivalent) with just two lenses.
